The Final Seven: Exploring the Stories of Jesus’ Last Days

Scripture: Luke 21:1-4
Sermon Series: 40 Days to the Cross
Sermon: Giving Until It Heals: The Widows Offering

The Gospel of Luke records how Jesus’ “face was set towards Jerusalem.” He spent the last week of his life there, where he arrived to cheering crowds, confronted religious opposition, and gave his life on the cross. Join us as we explore the events of these crucial days. Sunday mornings at 11:00am

Luke 21:1-4

The Widow's Gift

1(A)And He looked up and saw the rich putting their gifts into the treasury.
2And He saw a poor widow putting in (B)two small copper coins.

3And He said, "Truly I say to you, this poor widow put in more than all of them;

4for they all out of their surplus put into the offering; but she out of her poverty put in all that she had (C)to live on."
